Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu

This recipe is one of our favorites for company because it is easy and something a little different. The kids like it too which is a HUGE plus.

1pkg Stove Top Stuffing for chicken
6 small boneless skinless breast halves
6 slices (thin) smoked ham
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1Tbsp Dijon Mustard
6 Swiss Cheese slices

Preheat oven to 400. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package, set aside

Place chicken in 13x9 dish; cover with him. Mix soup and mustard; spoon over chicken. Top with prepared stuffing

Bake 25min or until chicken is cooked through. Top with Cheese and back an additional 5min or until cheese is melted.

  1. I make something like this called "Swiss Chicken" (I believe the same recipe is on here called Company Chicken) but I've never had it with the smoked ham and Dijon and cheese on top of it all. Those flavors must be great together. I'll let you know when I try it! Thanks, again, Chantelle!
