1 package pre-made Sugar Cookie Dough
1/2 cup roughly chopped Marashino Cherries
1/2 cup roughly chopped Pistachios
Mix together and form back into log. Cut into 1/4 inch slices and bake as directed on package of cookie dough. Let cool on rack.
Melt 1 bag white chocolate chips in double boiler. Dip half of each cookie in chocolate and place on wax paper to dry.
