FRENCH TOAST

4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Place all ingredients in shallow bowl and whisk together. Place bread slices in mixture until they've absorbed liquid. Then cook in open skillet in oil or butter. Brown each side until center springs up when touched. Serve with favorite toppings. Makes about 6. You can double the recipe if desired.
