French Toast


Beat with a whisk:
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tablespoon sugar
3/4 cup milk
3/4 tsp. vanilla

Heat your griddle on just-over medium heat. Grease the surface with margarine when it is hot. Dip your bread in the batter and fry until light brown--flip. Regrease the surface with each new batch of bread. Makes 10 slices. I always freeze my leftovers for easy future breakfasts.
