Tuna Noodle Casserole

3 oz. softened cream cheese
1 TBLsp prepared mustard
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp onion flakes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tuna, drained
2 cups medium egg noodles
Handful of frozen peas
crushed plain potato chips (or crackers) for topping

Boil noodles according to package directions. Toss peas in with boiling noodles at some point. Meanwhile, stir together softened cream cheese, mustard, onion, milk, soup, and tuna. Add cooked noodles and peas. Put into a greased casserole dish and cover with crushed potato chips. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

This is a very easy recipe to follow without getting out any measuring utensils. I always just eyeball my measurements for this recipe, and have only one time (in ten years) not put enough noodles in. Can't go wrong!
