Tater-Tot Casserole
cream of mushroom soup
milk for thinning
browned ground beef
frozen veggies, warmed
onion
american cheese slices
tater-tots
Mix the desired amount of the above ingredients, top with cheese slices and tater-tots. Put in greased casserole dish and bake for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
I used 1 can soup, 1 lb. hamburger, about 1/2 cup each of frozen corn, green beans, and peas... that all fit nicely into an 8x8 dish.
