Apple Dip


1 (8 oz) cream cheese
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Blend together; serve with apple slices.

I love to use my leftover cream cheese for this recipe. I'll often have recipes that call for only 3 or 4 oz. of cream cheese, and if I don't use the rest of it within 10 days from opening it supposedly expires (as stated on the box). So I just adjust the other ingredients for this dip accordingly and have myself a great little snack with my leftover cream cheese!
