Cheese Ball
1 pkg cream cheese
1 pkg Buddig Beef, cut into small pieces
1 bunch green onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
Mix with hand blender and serve with crackers. So easy and so delicious. This is a great appetizer to bring to a party or serve at your own.
Here is a link to Buddig's website for more great recipes.

I've had this dip at several parties and it is good, but I've never had the recipe myself. I know it's a very easy one to make. Thanks, Rachael!
ReplyDeleteWhat is Buddig Beef? Is this located with the packaged meat? Hope this question does not sound stupid to everyone, but that is why I am here to learn!
ReplyDeleteI put a picture of Buddig Beef in the post. It is generally found in the packaged meat section of the grocery store (by the bacon and bologna) and sells for usually between fifty cents and a dollar. There is enough meat in each package for about 3 sandwiches, depending on how much meat a person likes on their sandwich. Buddig Beef can also be used to make pickle wraps... we'll have to get that recipe on here soon!
