Reviving Your Limp Veggies
If you have left your lettuce, carrots, or celery in the fridge too long and find that they have grown limp, just soak them in a bath of cold water until they are crisp again. However, if they have been in the fridge so long that they are slimy, you might just want to toss them!

I just got a tasty chicken noodle soup recipe from a friend that I'm going to make on Saturday. If you don't mind I was thinking about posting it here - but you beat me to it :) It has cream of chicken soup in the recipe and I think that will help with the taste as well.
