Homemade Bisquick



8 cups flour
1-1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
1/4 cup baking powder
1 TBLsp salt
2 cups shortening (Crisco)

Combine flour, milk, baking powder and salt.
Cut in shortening with forks or pastry blender.
Store in tightly closed container in cool place.
Use anywhere Bisquick or other biscuit baking mix is called for.
