Crockpot Pork Steak Bites



1-1/2 pound pork steak, cut in stips
2 TBLsp. vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
8 oz. can tomato sauce
3 TSLsp. brown sugar
1-1/2 TBLsp vinegar
1-1/2 tsp. salt
2 TBLsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown pork in oil in skillet, Drain on paper towls, if desired. Place pork strips and remaining ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hous. Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 4-6
