Buttercream Frosting

1/2 cup butter (cold)
1/2 cup shortening
3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream at high speed for 5 minutes. If it looks too runny add more powdered sugar.
Add 1 tsp. vanilla.
