8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 can of cherry pie filling
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together with a mixer until well blended. Then add Cool Whip. Put into the graham cracker pie crust and top with cherry pie filling or any other kind of pie filling.
I like to stock up on these ingredients when they go on sale so that I'll always have a quick dessert if I ever get in a pinch. All of the ingredients have a long shelf life if they remain unopened or frozen.
