Overnight Caramel French Toast

I know there are lots of great french toast recipes out there, but this is the one I tried recently and LOVED! So, if you're looking for a delicious breakfast that doesn't take any work the morning of Christmas, look no further!

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 TBLsp light corn syrup
12 slices bread
6 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
Cinnamon

Combine the brown sugar, butter and corn syrup in a saucepan, and cook over medium heat until thickened; pour into a greased 9x13" pan. Place bread slices in two layers on top of the syrup. Combine the eggs, milk, vanilla, and salt and pour over the bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover, and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
