I recently found out I am Wheat Gluten Intolerant so I have been looking for foods I can eat, I found some suggestions online, and I just found out that Amazon has a gluten-free store built in, so I ordered myself a cook-book, crackers, gluten-free flour, and some bread (all in bulk of course) but at prices that aren't so high I can't afford to eat, and I'm stocked up for 1 or 2 months. I'd like to start a discussion on food allergen/sensitivity cooking, such as what are some good gluten-free ways to thicken broth, to make white creams, etc.
